The staff was nice. They seemed to care about the customers, acceptable.

The room was advertised with soundproofing. It was a lie. I could hear everything from the streets, including people screaming and cars beeping all night. It was awful. Even earplugs did not help. The water in the sink was almost boiling hot, regardless of the tap setting.

The location was excellent I think. I found the staff to be very friendly and cute. The hotel was clean. I also enjoyed the comfortable beds.

The staircase was quite narrow. The neighborhood felt a bit unsafe, especially at night, I must say. The room lacked proper soundproofing, SO the street noise was disruptive.

The staff was very friendly. I appreciated the convenient location close to tourist sites (i walked everywhere). The price was also good.

The area felt unsafe at night. My room did not have soundproofing as advertised (i heard everything from the streets). The closest tram station was quite far.

I found the hotel easily accessible from the kumkapi tram station, a short walk away. the room was tidied daily, and the staff was consistently attentive to requests. i also appreciated the lockers provided in the room. They secured my belongings effectively.

The absence of an elevator did pose a slight inconvenience. Carrying luggage up the stairs was a bit challenging.

The reception personnel was amazing. All staff members were very professional and polite. They readily answered all questions. The staff even provided umbrellas when it rained.

The wi-fi signal was occasionally weak.
